Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at contact@dashtwodecals.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Shipping policy

Domestic orders (USA) will be shipped via USPS ground advantage. Shipping is based on actual cost.

All international orders have a flat shipping fee of $16.00 USD. All international orders will be shipped out via USPS First Class Package International. Shipping time is between 1-4 weeks.

Each country is different as far as how import duties, taxes, tariffs, etc. are handled. Please check with your local customs office for more information on what you can expect to pay for your package to clear customs. The final fee during checkout is all you will pay us - and after it leaves our hands it is between you and your country's customs office.

If you order from us from another country, we are happy to ship to you however, please know that you are buying from us AT YOUR OWN RISK. Once the package leaves us, we will not be held responsible for lost, delayed, damaged, or otherwise messed up shipments by international customs and freight companies. Tracking numbers for international orders should be considered a general idea of where the package might be. We simply have no control of the package once it leaves our warehouse and goes into the international shipping carrier's possession.

We will not adjust the customs documents to show a lower value. The value on the customs documents will match your order. Please DO NOT ASK because we will not do this. Customer is responsible for customs taxes and duties.
